London Craft Week 2025: China Pavilion

Li is honoured to be featured in the China Pavilion at London Craft Week 2025, contributing to the exhibition themed “Tiangong Kaiwu: Crafting Works of Nature”.

Curated by Art and Design Magazine and supported by the Chinese Embassy in London, the Pavilion will run from 13–18 May at Royal Mint Court (10:00–16:30). It brings together an exceptional group of artists and makers whose practices explore the intersections of tradition, innovation, and materiality.

The title “Tiangong” refers to the power and beauty of nature, while “Kaiwu” highlights the ingenuity and craftsmanship of human hands. Together, they frame a narrative of timeless dialogue between the natural world and artisanal practice, reflecting the global relevance of contemporary craft.
